Imagine the Ouse Valley Radio team arriving at your workplace with a tray of freshly baked cupcakes, ready to brighten everyone's day. Whether you're based in an office, shop, warehouse, factory or any other workplace, this is your chance to treat the team to something special.

All you need to do is put your workplace forward using the form below. Each month, we'll choose one winning workplace to receive a surprise visit packed with cupcakes, smiles and a well-earned sweet treat.

• Entries must be submitted via this web page only
• Entries are kept on a rolling basis and remain eligible for future monthly draws
• Draw is made on the 1st of every month
• Contact details must be accurate so delivery can be arranged.
• Personal data is stored securely and used only for running the competition. It will not be shared beyond what is required to administer the prize.
• The prize is one box of cup cakes supplied by Amber's Bakes and Cakes.
• There is no cash alternative.
• Once delivered, the prize becomes the responsibility of the winning workplace.
• Ouse Valley Radio accepts no liability for storage or consumption.
• Each box includes a use‑by date, ingredients, and allergen information.
• Food safety obligations rest with the supplier: Amber’s Bakes and Cakes, Huntingdon, PE29 1JF.
• Ouse Valley Radio may amend or withdraw the competition at any time.
