Pete Sibthorpe

A former Board and Management Team member, Pete now concentrates on Presenting Back to the Eighties (every Saturday at 6pm) and the Decades In The Middle, 1980’s – every Thursday morning.

Originally from London, Pete moved to the area several years ago and after several other volunteering roles has now settled in well at Ouse Valley Radio and enjoys the team aspect of the station.

In his first year of volunteering at Ouse Valley Radio, Pete won the Producer of the Year 2016, for his work on Over To You – the stations flagship community access programme that can be heard weeknights from 7pm until 8pm.  In 2018 Pete won the “Extra Mile Award” at the stations annual awards.
