Steve Kirman

In 1964 Steve was 9 when his older brother Paul was adjusting the big dial of the Bush radio and found the pirate radio stations with their fantastic instrumental theme tunes and ID’s he was hooked, roll on to 1970 when Steve would be around the farm near Emneth Station with his dog “Jackie” and the big sky’s of west Norfolk, still tuning the radio dial and finding RNI  – Radio Northsea International.

A couple of years later he would be in the farm barns rebuilding his first Mini and finding the Fab 208, many rebuilds later including a 1966 Mini Cooper when Steve was 21, he purchased an old cottage and of course rebuilt it later building a bungalow and much diy over the years.

In 1980 Steve went into hospital for a “Very close vein op” and came out a member of Radio North Cambs, much later becoming a member of Hospital Radio Lynn. When Stephen meet Sally he emigrated to Cambridgeshire and the rest as they say is history.

Likes   nice people and chocolate .

Enjoys   hands on work and chocolate.

Hobbies    radio, gardening, heritage steam and eating chocolate.

But he’s dangerous with a computer…
