Meets the second Wednesday of each month.
All meetings will offer complementary therapy, and have 4 therapists in attendance.
The meeting offers tea, coffee, biscuits, with an opportunity to chat with others, followed by Seated Exercises and individual Relaxation Therapies. Followed by a light lunch before heading from home.
