Plans were recently unveiled to transform st Ives old market square could become a neighbourhood with 120 homes, a gym and restaurants. Plans are taking shape to redevelop the former cattle market square and gatehouse in St Ives into a modern neighbourhood featuring residential and community facilities.
The scheme would be developed in collaboration with Huntingdonshire District Council and Capital & Centric.
The surrounding area in St Ives is currently home to a bus station and large car park.

Capital and Centric and Huntingdonshire District Council are holding a public consultation on
Wednesday 19th AUGUST
4-7pm
Corn Exchange, St Ives
We urge everyone with thoughts and points to attend this consultation; we will be encouraging the businesses within the town centre BID to attend.
