Plans were recently unveiled last week to transform St Neots car park into a new neighbourhood hub with up to 83 homes and green spaces.
The plans, developed by Capital & Centric in partnership with Huntingdonshire District Council, will transform Tebbutts Road car park in St Neots into a mixed-use development.
The proposals include two five-storey buildings with up to 83 homes, commercial units for independent businesses, a "crinkle crankle" walled garden and a community pavilion surrounded by green open space.
